Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments through PayPal.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. |
Shipping And Handling
We use UPS for most delivery methods.
In a few instances, we must ship items by freight shipping only. These are items that are too big for UPS to handle.
In these cases, we will ask you to contact us for the cost of shipping these items, and we will send an email to you listing the cost of the item, the cost of shipping that item, and instructions for making a payment if you wish to purchase that item. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will be apllied to all taxable in-state orders. Our business is operated from Pennsylvania All other orders are tax free.

We currently use Paypal for all online payments to us. You do not have to be a PayPal member in order to use this service, and there is no charge to you for using PayPal for payments. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Additionally, when you pay us through PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number to us in any way, nor can we save your credit card number on our site or in our database.

Returns Policy
All merchandise, except printed or recorded material, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price,excluding shipping & handling costs, AND only if you request a Return Authorization within twenty-one (21) days upon receipt of merchandise.
- No returns are accepted after 21 days.
- We cannot accept returns for printed or recorded material.
- For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping & handling, which will be deducted from the purchase price refund.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways.
- Returns must be in new and unused condition. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- We encourage you to insure returns for your protection. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials in which you received your merchandise.
- All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt by contacting us at eisales [at] at-the-shops [dot] com.
- PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST REQUEST AND RECEIVE AN RMA NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING MERCHANDISE.
